Important: Class No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Important: Class No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Thank you for being a valued member of CrossFit Jiyugaoka.

Recently, we have seen an increase in cases where members do not attend their reserved classes without cancelling in advance.

Class spaces are limited, and when a member does not show up without cancelling, other members who wish to attend may lose the opportunity to book a spot. It also affects coach scheduling and the smooth operation of our classes.

We kindly ask all members to review and follow our booking and cancellation policies.

Cancellation deadline: At least 2 hours before the class starts

Late cancellations and no-shows: Penalties will generally apply

The penalties are as follows:

The class credit will be deducted.

Any other existing class bookings will be cancelled.

New bookings will be restricted for 2 days.

Exceptions may be made for unavoidable circumstances, such as sudden illness, natural disasters, or public transportation delays. In such cases, please make sure to contact us via our official LINE account.

If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel your booking as early as possible.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and positive training environment for all members.

Thank you for your continued support.
